I had a deeply disappointing experience purchasing a Mercedes GLB 250 from Amir Hajinabi at the Langley dealership. Amir assured us that the vehicle came equipped with built-in Navigation, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Lane Assistance—features that significantly influenced our decision to buy. However, after driving the car, I discovered that none of these features were present. Additionally, a part shown in the picture came loose while adjusting the steering wheel. To make matters worse, Amir has ignored multiple emails regarding these issues. His lack of professionalism, misrepresentation, and complete disregard for customer service made this one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. That said, I want to recognize Nirdesh Chaudhari at the Mercedes store for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to resolve our navigation issue, demonstrating professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate his support and dedication. Avoid working with Amir Hajinabi if you expect honest and transparent service. However, Nirdesh deserves five stars for understanding the concerns of customers who invest thousands of dollars in one of the world’s most reputable automotive brands.
